Peter Pan Education Page

Wendy and her brothers are visited by Peter Pan during the night as he tries to catch his elusive shadow. He teaches them to fly (by thinking happy thoughts) and they all return to Neverland. Here they meet the Lost Boys, Tinkerbell, the mermaids and Tiger Lily. The bad pirate Captain Hook captures them but they escape and Wendy and her brothers return home to London.

The following activities have been developed using the Victorian Essential Learning Standards. Our Peter Pan educational pages are intended as a resource for teachers, parents, or anyone interested in enriching the Peter Pan experience. Each link is an MSWord 2003 document which allows you to save and edit to your specifications (most of the documents are around 1MB).

Easy role playing activities are a great way for students to find their way into the world of Peter Pan.

How well do you know Neverland. Not only is there trivia questions but some "explorational" activities based on the subject of Reality Vs Fantasy.

Become a Pirate by learning about the culture (involves some art and craft).

A Pirate's favourite past time is a good Treasure Hunt.

Tiger Lily was derived from JM Barrie's imagination and as a result is a slightly stereotypical image of Native Americans. Learn a little more about the real culture through some of their games.
